Your Quick Fix to Wellness

We all know what it feels like to be thirsty. Did you know that by the time you experience the feeling of thirst your body is already dehydrated? Thirst is your body telling you it needs hydration. Your body is made up of 60% water. Water is needed for practically every organ in your body to work properly. Most of us stay dehydrated most of our lives.

Without water we will die! A person can only go a few days, a week at most without water.

Water prevents cancer! It reduces colan cancer by 45% and bladder cancer by 50%, just to name a few.

Dehydration causes you to be grumpy and confused. Drink more water to have clearer, happier moods.

Drinking water reduces pain in your joints by keeping the cartilage soft and hydrated.

Water flushes out wastes and bacteria. Our digestive system needs water to properly get rid of wastes and toxins in our body.

Water helps reduce blood pressure. Your blood needs water to flow freely through your cells.
